We use a very gentle, low-force adjustment that specifically targets re-education of the muscles supporting the spine - training your body to HOLD the adjustment - instead of just having you come back to get adjusted all the time.  Our patients get down to once a month very quickly (as opposed to 3 times a week) and, for those who wish to follow-up with maintenance care, it's possible to achieve balance that only requires ONE adjustment every SIX MONTHS!
